Olive oil makes a good moisturizer. And you can make a paste of sugar or salt and some sort of citrus juice as a scrub.

I use cocoa butter - the pure stuff, not Palmers which is mostly castor oil (liquid paraffin) - melt it with a little essential oil of your choice, and some avocado oil, and then when it is room temperature it isn't too hard.





I also use oats to wash - v. good for sensitive skin.
i use phebo soap from brasil.........its vunderbar....i love it ../.it is a tonic for me..

I don't wont big breast, but e little bigger than what I have, my bra size is 32A I would like them like 34A just e little more fuller. I am thinking of trying to do some breast exercise and use some natural creams ( If there is any). If you could help I would really appreciated. I doubt they work but I just want to tell you there is no difference in boob size between a 32A and a 34A. The number part stands for the size of your ribcage, like how far around your body the bra will go. They don't work at all. It's usually a scam, or you're putting extra estrogen into your system, which you pee out or which messes with your cycle more than your breasts. Keep them as they are! Small breasts are beautiful! As an ex of mine once said, if it's more than a handful, it's a waste.

Get a juicer, and try juicing. If you can't just do the juice, then at least add it. Look online for some good juice 'recipes'. Try combinations u never know what your going to like. It may not look pretty, but most of the time it tastes better than it looks. I use apples to sweeten my juices. You may have to work at it to get jus the right combination. One of my favorite recipes is APPLE-CARROT-BEET. You have to be careful with the beets though. don't put too much in, the flavor can be overwhelming. It took me a while to like that recipe because in general i don't like beets, but beets are good for cleaning the blood so I forced myself.





I find that when I juice. I can't gulp it, or drink it fast like other drinks. I get full and if I only juice (no solids) in a matter of days I start feeling the effects.

There's this stuff called NoEXAMA they are face pads and they are all that I use!
I've tried putting Maloxx and Mylanta on my face, a thin layer applied like a lotion, to dry and leave it on overnight. This really helped to keep my face dry and acted like a sponge on my pores. This was suggested by a family member and, as crazy as it sounds, it worked.





Ultimately, if your skin is really bad and not affected by over-the-counter treatment, then you need to see a dermatologist.

i have excema...And this morning i used a shaving cream i cant remember witch one but later on today my legs started iching..and i think its cause the shaving cream so im looking for a all-natural and MAYBE non-scented if theres such a thing haha.TYNon-scented and natural shaving creams?

well i have the same exact problem and i use a shaving cream through Satin Care and its says for sensitive skin...hopefully that helps you a little
