I would say that full fat milk is the most natural however as none of the fat is extracted from it where as skimmed and semi skimmed milk have fat extracted from it.Is full-cream milk processed or natural?
Milk will naturally separate into cream and skim since the fat in milk floats. If the cream is not skimmed off the milk is forced through very small holes which homogenizes the milk which prevents the milk from separating anymore.

I'm going throught the same thing -ugh!! For the wrinkles I am getting between my eye brows I started wearing sunglasses I guess because I was fairly light skinned I was always squinting to protect my eyes from the sun so it made sense to start wearing sunglasses. Side effects of natural Progesterone cream?

I have looked online but I keep finding websites selling it, and can't find any definitive or medically supported lists of side effects. If anyone has links that would help.


I take it days 14-26. I have read some mishmoshy info about side effects and it seems I have some - I am really sleepy and I noticed my vision is a little blurred when I try to read far away signs, etc. and it wasn't before. I used to never get my period. If I did, it was like one here and there with anywhere from 4 to 9 months in between. I tried natural progesterone cream and I get it now, but its too often! 6)How old are you now and how old were you when you first started menstruating?


7)How long have you been trying to conceive (ttc)?


8)Have you had any tests to see why you're irregular? What tests and when?


9)Are you charting your temperatures to see if and when you ovulate?


10)Are you taking any medications?

Natural sun tan lotion or cream?

can anyone suggest a natural cream or lotion to placed on my skin which will give a brown effect.

I own a tanning salon, so would recommend Fake Bake. I'd say though after about a week of not using it you will become patchy and maybe orange from where the tan has worn off, so you'd need to use it constantly and exfoliate once a week to ensure a smooth surface. When getting out of the bath or shower though wait for 40 minutes so your skins PH returns to normal and the tan comes out the right colour.Natural sun tan lotion or cream?
i use a tanning lotion from beth and body works called glow baby glow. it works immediatly, but i dont know if they sell it anymore. (i bought it over the summer)

i would just go to the tanning bed if you can. or get a fake tan.


sometimes just the tanning lotion at night doesnt do so well. you can streak your skin and it takes a long time to dry.

but dove lotion is the greatest for a fake tan.

St Tropez is really good - just remember to exfoliate first unless it becomes streaky. lol.


For a lesser tan there is the Dove moisturiser with tanning lotion or a new spray by nutri sun with a hint of fake tan which after 4 or so hours gives a really nice colour off.


St Tropez last the longest, though just remember to moisturise during the following days for it to last. Will last about 4-5 days when it's looked after.
