I want a good suntan. I want it to be natural no pills or creams or sprays and ideas.?
ThanksI want a good suntan. I want it to be natural no pills or creams or sprays and ideas.?
Extra-virgin olive %26amp; coconut oils contain natural sunscreens. If you are fair-skinned, don't stay out longer than 10 minutes at a time.
And tanning in a man-made machine is NOT natural; Sorry sameold...I want a good suntan. I want it to be natural no pills or creams or sprays and ideas.?
Gotta get out in the sun. Start slow so you don't burn.
go outside and lay out for about ten minutes a day so you can get a little darker gradually without burning and peeling. or use a tanning bed, which would still be natural but you'd be able to do it indoors.

Have you tried Tea Tree soaps, creams or washes. Has alot of healing properties
I use this stuff ...http://www.rosacea-remedy.com/remedy.htm鈥?/a>
The moisturiser is lovely and believe me I've tried hundreds and wasted a small fortune over the years.
See a dermatologist. Sounds like rosacea. NOT to be treated without professional advice. Sorry.
My boyfriend uses a cream he gets from Boots. he has used everything else also. Can't remember the full name of it but it has ';aqueous'; in the title within the sensitive skin section. Many people swear by it.
I used to suffer with terrible skin with severe acme and i have pretty much used everything thing. The best thing i used on my skin was Aloe Vera, its great. Also try exfoliating once a week as well to remove dead skin from your face. I also moisterise every morning before applying makeup to my skin and i wash all my makeup off before i go to bed too. I dont use soap either i use a facial wash which moisterises at the same time. If i use soap it dries my skin out and makes it flake and irritable.

Gentle Naturals Baby Cradle Cap Treatment or Mustela Cradle Cap Cream?
I want to buy one of these but which one works better? has anyone tried either one? or if you have any other remedies for cradle cap please share!Gentle Naturals Baby Cradle Cap Treatment or Mustela Cradle Cap Cream?
I've used the Gentle Naturals Cradle Cap Treatment on my baby and it worked great. I only had to use it one time nad the cradle cap never came back. It does stink though!Gentle Naturals Baby Cradle Cap Treatment or Mustela Cradle Cap Cream?
I tried gentle natural or w/e.. Did not work. Ive resorted back to baby oil which has helped a lot. Id put baby oil on, wait 20 min than comb out
About 10 minutes before the bath gentle massage BABY OIL into the scalp. Wait a few minutes then wash as normal. This usually takes care of the cradle cap and is an inexpensive solution.
Baby oil worked fine for me. I just put it on my son before bed, stuck a hat on him, combed it out the next morning, and washed his head.
Doing that every few days for a week or so cleared it right up.
Go buy yourself a soft bristle toothbrush. When you give you baby a bath, put the shampoo on the toothbrush and gently scrub the areas. It should get rid of it in a couple of treatments.
Gentle Naturals baby cradle ca.. i used it on my daughter and it went away completely, it still has not come back
Gentle Naturals worked great for me, just rub it in and get a baby comb to use to massage it in better and get the loose, dead skin off. I only had to do this for less than a week and it never came back. Good Luck
