there's always a risk of sunburned in natural tanning.if you want to go natural take the risk but with extra precautions.artificial creams for tanning is 100% sunburned free especially if you stay out of the sun.pick your choice.
dont go ut in the sununtil after 3 oclock and if still hot wait till 4 pm or i really like the 530 to 630 7 ocl,ock time it gives a golden glow to my white skin, and startt out thee first time like only 10 minutes on each side and move up 10 extra minutes everyday, till you have tan, easy as that ,
do more things outside. i just play basketball, no sunburn or anything and i get a healthy summer glow. drink lots of water too.
If you sunburn easily, gradually get tan. Start by going out 10 minutes one day, and work your way up to sitting out for 30 minutes or so. If a few weeks, you'll be able to be outside for long periods of time without burning. You should also always use SPF, even if it's just 15 or 30. If you don't want to use sunscreen, I would suggest using Coopertone Dry Oil to tan quicker. But, at least apply sunscreen to the areas that burn more easily.
i use a tropical tanning oil for a dark tan. make sure to get an oil that has spf 8 or 15 in it or apply a low spf before the oil to make sure you don't get too crispy! using spf 30 + won't get you anywhere but pale and malanoma free.
