You Only Need To Do It For 10 MINUTES At A Time, Preferably 3 times per day. Believe it or not, exercise research papers have shown that short intervals of cardiovascular exercise done for a minimum of 10 minutes 3 times a day may be more effective for burning calories and losing fat than 30 minutes consecutively. Come on now, we can all fit in 10 minutes!





Think of it this way: When you wake up in the morining, do 10 min. by marching or jogging in place. At lunch time, go for a brisk 10 minute walk. Before you have dinner, add in one more 10 minute bout. You will now be a fat burning machine and on your way to reducing the appearance of cellulite on your body. It's that easy! (I say this as if it is something i do. but to be honest, i would rather come to terms with my cellulite then actually do squats, but this is what they say, whoever they are)
