I am using natural progesterone cream and getting my period every 19 days. Is this normal?

I used to never get my period. If I did, it was like one here and there with anywhere from 4 to 9 months in between. I tried natural progesterone cream and I get it now, but its too often! It feels like I get it every other week! Any ideas? Also I want to get pregnant, but I dont even know if I ovulate.I am using natural progesterone cream and getting my period every 19 days. 2)How much are you using? (1/4 teaspoon twice a day for example)


3)How many days in a row are you using it and how many days do you take a break from using it?


4)What cycle days are you using it?


5)Have your periods been irregular since you first started menstruating?


6)How old are you now and how old were you when you first started menstruating?


7)How long have you been trying to conceive (ttc)?


8)Have you had any tests to see why you're irregular? What tests and when?


9)Are you charting your temperatures to see if and when you ovulate?


10)Are you taking any medications?
