I have a very simple solution. Give it a try.


Grate cucumber, and squeeze out the juice. Apply under eyes.


Also when you lie down and keep your eyes closed; Put a tablespoonful of the grated cucumber on a damp cotton wool ; put on the eyes. It cools the eyes and the system .





Put grated cucumber in a jar. Top it with olive oil. Let it rest for a few days. Apply under eyes regularly ; also on any dark patches on face.

Exercise regularly. Helps. There will be less pain during those days.


Fill a hot water bottle with warm water. Warm the hips, thighs ad all.


Wear clothes that keep abdomen and legs all warm.
