Is full-cream milk processed or natural?

Fresh milk is not processed, but it is pasteurised in the UK. - pasteurization is simply heating the milk (to a temperature below boiling point), it is not intended to kill all pathogenic micro-organisms in the food or liquid. Instead, pasteurization aims to reduce the number of viable pathogens so they are unlikely to cause disease (assuming the pasteurization product is refrigerated and consumed before its expiration date).

UHT milk is ultra-heat treatment (both abbreviated UHT) is the partial sterilization of food by heating it for a short time, around 1-2 seconds, at a temperature exceeding 135掳C (275掳F), which is the temperature required to kill spores in milk.Is full-cream milk processed or natural?
I may be wrong and I stand to be corrected:

But all milk goes through some kind of process to kill off any bacteria etc.

I would say that full fat milk is the most natural however as none of the fat is extracted from it where as skimmed and semi skimmed milk have fat extracted from it.Is full-cream milk processed or natural?
Milk will naturally separate into cream and skim since the fat in milk floats. If the cream is not skimmed off the milk is forced through very small holes which homogenizes the milk which prevents the milk from separating anymore.
