sure! take a product called L'Lysin 2tabs with every meal for 3 or more months it's all natural so ya can't od and no more outbreaks i had cold sores from the virus and it worked 4 me and a friend had the full blown kind and she doesn't get anymore eitherAnyone know of an all natural Herpes Cream?

yes. dog saliva cures many illnesses, including herpes, because of it's antiseptic qualities around open sores.

Get some uranium dust and mix it with tobacco paste. It's all natural and works as well as anything else you are going to hear about.
One tricky thing about herpes outbreaks is that they typically lessen over time, whether or not you treat them.





So there are many many people who will tell you that the did this or that and their outbreaks were reduced. But their outbreaks may have subsided without any treatment at all.





As for me, I've taken nothing but Valtrex. And now, I don't take even that. I have almost no outbreaks (as opposed to 5+ per year when I was first diagnosed).





You should know that while the studies have been done on Valtrex, not Zovirax, they are pretty much the same medication. And Zovirax is much much cheaper. If you have to pay for your own meds, don't hesitate to use Zovirax.





On the other hand, as long as you aren't paying a fortune for them, there is nothing wrong with home remedies. Go ahead and give them a try.

As a topical remedy, I have found just plain old rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide work best. If you are skeptical that these may be dangerous for you, consider that rubbing alcohol is used for many conditions, and is mainly used for its antiseptic properties, it also kill bacteria and viruses on contact as does hydrogen peroxide which is simply oxygentaed water. Oxygen also kills viruses on contact and is in fact the theoretical cure for it. If you want to avoid these I would say Tea tree oil, but I have found that it doesnt work all that great. As an internal treatment what you are trying to accomplish is not keeping the virus dormant, whenever it stays dormant it is extremely hard for your body to fight because it cant find the virus, if you expose it, then your immune system is able to destroy it rather than multiply, and if you can keep your immune system up you are slowly killing off the virus from your body and at the same time making your body resistant to outbreaks. I would reccomend just taking echinacea to boost your immune system, this alone will help greatly and along with topical application of h202 or rubbing alcohol, you will almost feel as if you have no herpes.
