i'm trying to get some relief for some serious estrogen dominance symptoms, brought on after a major meltdown about a year ago (legs and abdomen are constantly bloated, incapacitating cramps and irregular periods)

Going crazy.Can i use vitex (chasteberry) alongside natural progesterone cream?
NO.
Do not take them together.
Vitex should be taken like Clomid. It should be on days 4-8 of your cycle. Progesterone cream should be at the end of your cycle (lutal phase after ovulation).
If I were you I'd just detox for at least a month. Then, I'd start on something simple at first. Like, red rasbery leaf (seeped in a mason jar. You can add oatsraw, nettles and red clover blossoms to help give iron, calcium and retone your uterus. Just put them in with the red rasberry leaf. You can also put your vitex in the mix on days 4-8, it makes it more palatable.
Also, you want the real leaves. The tinticures loose their potency when they are brewed like that.
