Has anyone used natural progesterone cream before? How often did you apply it?

I was actually just looking up this stuff. I take Crinone 8% gel. This is for a luteal phase defect and we are trying to conceive. It is a prescription that I take on certain days of the cycle. I noticed the stuff that you may be referring to and it doesn't give any dosing recommendation. I would be leery of that. You can overdose on progesterone. I wouldn't take that stuff without discussing it with my doctor. Every woman is different and in order to find out how much you need, you need blood work done. Even if your purpose is for other than trying to conceive, you should talk to your doctor.
