Once in a while?
I bought all natural strawverry ice cream.
I read the ingredients and its made of:
Straberries
cream/milk
sugar
It does not contain any perservatives.
I just made a strawberry milkshake with 1/2 a cup of that ice cream, low fat milk and straberries.
Is this okay?Is all natural ice cream okay to have?
I work at a major U.S. ice cream plant, and I can tell you that all natural ice cream is ok, as long as it has been kept frozen from the ice cream plant, to the store, and finally to your freezer. In addition, ice cream is completely safe to store in a freezer for up to one year. Obviously, if it does not taste right, or if it has developed freezer burn, it it still safe to eat, but you might as well throw it away.Is all natural ice cream okay to have?
who has you convinced that you need preservatives, they are very unhealthy, just don't let the ice cream spoil! it is better then ice cream with preservatives
