Is it safe to take vitex along with natural progesterone cream after ovulation?

i have had one m/c and have low progesterone. during my last pregnancy i took vitex and my progest level was 15.4. not terrible, but, trying to be safe.Is it safe to take vitex along with natural progesterone cream after ovulation?
I've never heard of it causing any problems, but I'm still not sure I would do it.


I would use Vitex starting on cycle day 1 and use it tthrough ovulation, then 3 dpo start the npc. Vitex isn't safe during pregnancy so many women chose not to use it during the 2ww.


Also, I'm sure you already know this, but it's wortth repeating--if you think you are pg or get a pos test--DON'T stop the NPC, keep using it at least through the first trimester or even the entire pregnancy.
