It is perfectly safe. Before things are able to be sold to the public they are tested for years in research groups. They have to pass several safety tests before they can be sold to the public. Look at the ingredients, they are probably much the same as the regular lotions you have been using for years. If you are concerned about the ingredients and want to learn more about the risks in using them do a little research on thier side effects with long term use on line.Is the 'Jergins natural glow' tanning cream safe?

I love it. It just gives you a subtle tan glow over about a week's time. You have to keep using it daily though. It is also a moisturizer so it keeps your skin soft and silky. It is not greasy either. A wonderful product!
Yes, the chemical that tans your skin is very mild. Even with everyday use, you will only notice a slight change.
For a more drastic (and safe) tan, try Neutrogena Build-A-Tan or airbrush tanning (lasts 5-7 days and looks really good!)
I have been using it for a while and have had no skin problems using it. I think it works great!
its your choice
